Admin & Account Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Account Assistant to support our daily operational and accounting activities. In this role, you will assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. You will work closely with the accounts team, management, and other internal departments to maintain accurate records, handle documentation, and support overall coordination across the company.

Education

  • LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be consideredlated field

Accounting Skills

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Ability to handle invoicing, payments, and simple reconciliations
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage

Administrative Skills

  • Assist with daily office administration and documentation
  • Manage filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination

Technical Skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to prepare simple reports and spreadsheets

Personal Attributes

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take instructions
